We were selected to develop a new design system for NordPass, enhancing their product presentation and establishing clear visual identity guidelines. Following exciting initial kick-off meetings, we set specific goals - to refine and unify their vision into an intuitive, memorable, and value-aligned visual identity. After an efficient collaboration, we successfully delivered a well structured set of brand guidelines that now serve as the foundation for every new visual component created by NordPass.

Brand Visual Identity

The Client

NordPass is a trustworthy, secure password manager designed to keep passwords safe in an encrypted vault. Created by Nord Security in 2019, it’s built for ease of use without compromising on security. With a strong focus on digital safety, NordPass keeps evolving to make password management effortless while earning users' trust.

The Story

NordPass set out to refine their brand identity, and we took on the challenge of developing a cohesive visual language that would seamlessly adapt across all platforms. Our team of UX/UI designers, iconography specialists, and brand designers worked collaboratively to explore diverse design directions, ensuring the final identity was both strategic and technically robust.

Through in-depth research and iteration, we established a scalable system that defined the use of design elements across web, presentations, social media, and more. Every component, from typography and color palettes to iconography and motion principles, was thoughtfully crafted to balance functionality with a strong brand presence.

The Result

The final 100+ page brand book now serves as a practical playbook for NordPass internal teams. It includes guidelines from digital interfaces to advertising materials - all in one place. By establishing clear rules and scalable design principles, we empowered NordPass to maintain a strong, cohesive identity without creative limitations. The structured system ensures that every new asset whether for the web, presentations, or social media felt intentional, unified, and unmistakably NordPass.
